You will play a key role in developing, organizing, and maintaining PRIME AE's proposal content and knowledge management systems, ensuring teams across the organization have access to accurate, consistent, and high-quality information that supports business development and proposal success.
What You'll Do:
As a Proposal Content & Knowledge Management Specialist, you will manage and continuously improve PRIME AE's proposal and marketing knowledge assets while serving as a subject matter expert for Deltek Vantagepoint CRM and enterprise content management processes. You will help establish governance standards, maintain content repositories, and support proposal teams by ensuring critical information is organized, accessible, and up to date.
In this role, you will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, IT, HR, and Business Development teams to streamline workflows, capture institutional knowledge, and implement technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and proposal quality. You will also help position PRIME AE for future growth by leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, and best practices in knowledge management and content governance., * Enterprise Knowledge Management

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in AEC proposal development, marketing operations, CRM administration, or knowledge management.
- Advanced Deltek Vantagepoint CRM experience.
- Experience managing enterprise proposal content repositories.
- Strong understanding of AEC qualifications-based procurement.
- Technology-forward mindset with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Adobe CC, and AI tools.
