Job description

  • Responding to trouble tickets
  • Deploying laptops & desktops
  • Organizing inventory and maintaining IT Lab
  • Troubleshooting Lab & office equipment
  • Working closely with developers from multiple teams, QA and other engineers, while taking direction from product and team management
  • Provide 24x7 production support as needed for critical releases and product launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 1 or more years of work experience.
  • Experience with software and cloud tools such as: Azure AD, Office 365, Share Point
  • Experience with the Atlassian suite of collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience with multiple server operating systems including Linux (all distros), ., Windows Server
  • Knowledge and experience with AWS services, S3
  • Experience and comfort working in Agile work environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, structured documentation, and effectively communicate with developers, external contacts, and leadership.
  • Experience at working at high profile tradeshows and events
