This role is not just about creating polished screens - the team needs someone who can deeply understand the product, think through user journeys, simplify complex workflows, and design interactions that help business users move faster. You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to improve how customers onboard, navigate the platform, understand campaign performance, and take action inside the product., * Frictionless B2B Onboarding:

  • Design a clear, efficient signup and onboarding flow that reduces time-to-value for business customers and helps them reach their first meaningful outcome quickly.

  • Be comfortable working in ambiguity, asking the right questions, and turning product complexity into simple, usable experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly
