Job description

  • Lead a high-impact, enterprise-wide Salesforce integration initiative with multiple business-critical systems
  • Manage the implementation of Salesforce applications, middleware, and seamless integration with back-office platforms
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Salesforce business teams, and executive stakeholders to align business objectives with project deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal Salesforce experts, third-party implementation partners, and technology teams, to ensure successful project execution
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Drive end-to-end project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive presentations
  • Ensure successful integration of Salesforce with enterprise applications while maintaining data integrity and business process efficiency
  • Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, solution planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Promote best practices in project management, change management, and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives
  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementation and integration projects
  • Strong understanding of middleware and enterprise system integrations with back-office applications (ERP, CRM, finance, or related platforms)
  • Experience managing third-party implementation partners and cross-functional business teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with experience managing high-visibility programs
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is a plus
