Job description

  • Dive into large data sets, uncover insights, and provide impactful recommendations to a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Connect the dots across through myriad data streams(Call Center, Network, Dispatch and Mobility) in the performance of end to end data analyst.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in process, systems and data analysis in the Telecom network and field operations domains.
  • Experience in the application of statistical analysis to data .
  • Verifiable ability to deliver data driven process and system improvements
  • Understanding of the Telecom wireline end to end architecture (BSS and OSS).
  • Attention to detail, quality of work, ability to produce clear, concise work products
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • 3 years of Experience with the use of Data tools and software(SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, R)
  • Degree in Operations Research / Operations Management/MBA.
