Cloud Engineer

Strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud *Strong expertise in Amazon Connect development and implementation *Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect Contact Flow design, development, and optimization *Experience configuring routing profiles, queues, agents, and user management in Amazon Connect *Experience integrating Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda for dynamic workflows and automation *Experience integrating Amazon Connect with third-party applications, CRMs, and REST APIs *Hands-on experience with Amazon Lex chatbot integrations *Experience with Amazon Connect Streams API and Contact Control Panel (CCP) customization *Experience with Contact Lens, CloudWatch, and AWS analytics/reporting tools *Knowledge of omnichannel communication workflows including voice, chat, and task management *Strong experience building microservices and serverless architectures *Proficiency in backend development using Java, Node.js, and/or Python *Strong expertise in AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch *Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as CodePipeline, CodeBuild, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions *Experience developing and integrating REST APIs / GraphQL services *Strong understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases *Experience with Docker, ECS/EKS, Terraform, and CloudFormation *Strong understanding of IAM, AWS security best practices, scalability, high availability, and cloud cost optimization *Experience troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning Amazon Connect and AWS environments Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
