Job description

This resource will support BI, analytics, and AI-driven reporting initiatives for Eli Lilly's Concord-based site. The focus is on enabling data integration, self-service analytics, and actionable reporting in a highly regulated, manufacturing/pharma environment., * :Design and develop data models supporting Power BI dashboards and report

  • sBuild and maintain Power BI reports for business and operational insight
  • sDevelop and manage Databricks Genie agents and natural-language query environments for self-service analytic
  • sCurate semantic models, business glossaries, and example queries to ensure high-quality AI-driven output
  • sLeverage AI-powered development tools (Copilot, Claude, Databricks AI features) to accelerate development and optimizatio
  • nWrite and optimize SQL in an Azure-based environmen
  • tCreate and maintain stored procedures, views, tables, and related database object
  • sSupport data integration, ETL pipelines, and ongoing BI enhancement
  • sPartner closely with site SMEs to ensure local data adoption and deliver

Requirements

  • s:5+ years of experience in BI / Analytics developme
  • ntStrong proficiency in SQL and data modeli
  • ngHands-on experience with Power
  • BIExperience working in Azure environments (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Databrick
  • s)Ability to work in highly regulated environments with strong attention to data quality and accura
