Job description

Looking for an exceptional SAP Technical Lead to architect and deliver modern S/4HANA solutions. This role is intended for candidates who combine enterprise architecture experience with deep hands-on expertise in ABAP Cloud, Fiori and SAP BTP.

Requirements

Lead SAP technical architecture for global S/4HANA programs.

Define development standards following Clean Core principles.

Review ABAP, RAP and Fiori designs across multiple delivery teams.

Build enterprise APIs and integration services.

Drive code quality, DevOps and performance optimization.

MUST HAVE:

10+ years of SAP ABAP development.

Minimum THREE full S/4HANA implementations as Technical Lead.

Expert knowledge of ABAP OO, CDS Views, AMDP, RAP and OData.

Hands-on SAP Fiori/UI5 and SAP Gateway development.

Deep understanding of Clean Core extensibility and upgrade-safe development.

Experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite and cloud-native extensions.

Led teams of 8+ developers across global delivery centers.

Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP, IDocs, BAPIs, gCTS/abapGit.

Preferred:

SAP BTP certification.

Experience with CAP Model and SAP Build.

Exposure to Joule or SAP AI Core.

Background in regulated industries.
