Workflow Automation: Develop and deploy serverless functions (Python/Lambda) to automate file processing, data validation, and event-driven workflows. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and GitLab CI/CD pipelines, ensuring all integration services are repeatable, scalable, and version-controlled. Network & Security: Configure and harden cloud network infrastructure, including load balancers, security groups, and identity/access management (IAM) policies, ensuring compliance with strict security standards (TLS/SSL, SSH, OAuth).

Operations, Monitoring & Support System Observability: Build and maintain custom monitoring/alerting frameworks using tools like CloudWatch and Grafana to ensure 24/7 system health. Production Support: Provide end-to-end support for integration solutions, including root-cause analysis for incidents and the implementation of proactive, preventive measures. Technical Stewardship: Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure mission-critical integration availability., Platform Breadth: Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade file transfer platforms (e.g., Secure Proxy, Control Center, or Managed File Transfer solutions). Regulated Environments: Familiarity with data privacy and compliance-driven architecture in mission-critical industries. Certifications: AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect or Developer) are a significant plus.
