System Analyst 3

For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County. Roles/Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Create test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases based on requirements.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing; log and track defects.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business partners.
• Validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Assist with system demonstrations, training materials, and production validation.
• Ensure documentation remains accurate and updated throughout the project lifecycle

1. An associate's degree or higher is required
2. Experience as a Business Analyst (3+ years) - Please note, candidates must have both BA and QA experience.
3. Experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst (3+ years) - Please note, candidates must have both BA and QA experience.
4. Azure DevOps Knowledge or similar tool like JIRA (comfortable with creating epics/features/user stories for projects as well as moving cards through project lifecycle) (3+years)
5. Understanding of BA, QA, DEV roles/responsibilities (3+ years)
6. Experienced with as-is/to-be processes and content creation (3+ years)
7. Experience with creating product roadmap (3+ years)
8. Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies/Agile (3+ years)
9. Adept with using BA tools (e.g., FIGMA, Visio) (3+ years)
10. Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role.
