An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a fast-growing digital product engineering company with a global presence in 33 countries and over 19,000 experts dedicated to building inspiring products and services .We are looking for a SAP HCM Consultant (PY) with German to join this organization.Customer projects in SAP HCM on-premise components with a focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE)System realization of customer requirements including customizing, schemas, and cycles in payroll accountingSupport all project phases including conception, design, customizing, prototyping, and roll-out of SAP HCMTake on partial project management in smaller teams on-site at customer locationsFluency in GermanExpertise in SAP PY (Payroll), SAP HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors Employee CentralKnowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in SAP HCMKnow-how in tax and social security lawExcellent knowledge of SAP-specific schemas, cycles, and characteristicsExperience with project management and consulting methodsFlexible compensation (restaurants, transportation, childcare vouchers, health insurance) - Deducted from the salary, up to 30% of the total salary~ Remote work allowance~Contract type: Permanent contract with up to 3-6 months of probation period.~ Monday to Friday (8 hours), including a 1-hour break for lunch or a snack, to be arranged flexibly.While we must set reference hours, each person can adapt their schedule according to personal needs and in coordination with the team and the project.
