Solution Architect - SaaS Assisted Channels PlatformUST, a multinational company with over 35,000 employees in more than 35 countries, is seeking a solution architect to lead the technical evolution of key capabilities within our SaaS Assisted Channels platform.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the technical architecture and evolution of platform capabilities within the Foundations tower.Design and evolve scalable architectures for omnichannel servicing platforms, customer interaction management, data and analytics capabilities, event-driven integrations, customer view and servicing platforms, real-time and historical processing.Define and enforce technical standards, integration patterns, security frameworks, architecture governance principles, scalability and resiliency standards.Design architectures supporting multi-country deployments, SaaS multi-tenant environments and embedded platform capabilities.Supervise and support complex integrations between Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, data platforms, security platforms, customer interaction systems, internal and external enterprise applications.Collaborate with product managers and functional product owners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Participate actively in architecture reviews, technical governance, backlog prioritization, technical risk management, release planning and platform evolution strategy.Support engineering teams during implementation and technical decision-making processes.Maintain technical architecture documentation in Confluence and related repositories.Mandatory RequirementsProven experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture or technical leadership roles related to data management and reporting.Strong experience designing scalable architectures for SaaS platforms and enterprise systems.Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, API-based integrations, event-driven architectures, omnichannel platforms, and data and analytics ecosystems.Strong knowledge of SaaS multi-tenant architectures, security and identity management, RBAC and authentication models.Experience working with cloud platforms and integration ecosystems.Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering organizations.Ability to drive technical alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.English proficiency.Technologies ExpectedAWS, Azure, cloud-native architecturesGenesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365REST APIs, event-driven architectures, Kafka, event busData lake, data platforms, real-time processing, historical analyticsOAuth2, RBAC, identity & access management, security governanceJira, ConfluenceWhat we can offer23 days of annual leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days.Health care plan, internet connectivity, life and accident insurance.Retribution adaptable program, including meals, kindergarten, transport, online English lessons, health care plan.Free access to several training platforms.Professional stability and career plans.Referral compensation for employees who refer professionals.Option to pick between 12 or 14 payments along the year.Work-life balance measures: flexibility, WFH or remote work policy, compacted hours during summertime.UST Club platform discounts and gym access discounts.In UST we are committed to equal opportunities in our selection processes and do not discriminate based on race, gender, disability, age, religion, sexual orientation or nationality.
