Job description

Application Production SupportASTEK Iberia is looking for an Application Production Support professional to join a leading company in the banking sector.The role focuses on ensuring system stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical banking systems.Main ResponsibilitiesProduction support for core banking applications and application maintenance (corrective and evolutive).Deployments and testing for new projects.Obsolescence management and patching activities.Handling user requests and internal client support.Supporting both on-premises solutions and third-party SaaS solutions.Answering product-related queries, including product usage and design, configuration, software updates, and third-party integrations.Managing tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA.Working under ITIL methodology and ensuring SLA compliance.Performance tuning and root cause analysis.Technical EnvironmentOperating Systems: Windows Server, LinuxDatabases: SQL, OracleTools & Technologies: ServiceNow, Jira, DynaTrace, PowerShell, Autosys, CyberArk, Citrix, HVDCollaboration tools: Teams, OutlookWho are you?3-5 years of experience in Production/Application Support.Experience in banking or critical environments (highly valued).Solid knowledge of SQL / Oracle (basic-to-intermediate DBA level) and Windows & Linux servers.Experience working with ITIL framework and SLAs.Good level of English.Availability to go one day a week to the Madrid office.BenefitsProfessional growth in a constantly evolving company.Personalized follow-up of professional projects aligned with your ambitions.Real contribution to the company's real-time development.23 days of vacation (in addition to holidays) that can be taken at your discretion.Work in a diverse, multicultural, and growing team with a positive atmosphere.#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Production/Application Support. Experience in banking or critical environments (highly valued). Solid knowledge of SQL / Oracle (basic-to-intermediate DBA level) and Windows & Linux servers. Experience working with ITIL framework and SLAs. Good level of English. Availability to go one day a week to the Madrid office.
