Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned Veeva Developer to support pharmaceutical marketing and commercial operations.The role will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing digital content within the Veeva ecosystem, including CLM presentations and approved email campaigns, while also working with Veeva CRM (Salesforce-based).Veeva Content DevelopmentBuild and maintain CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) presentations for Veeva CRM.Develop and deploy Approved Emails using Veeva Approved Email and Engage functionalities.Create and configure digital assets Veeva CLM presentations, Approved Email and Fragments.Troubleshoot and resolve rendering or functionality issues in Veeva presentations and emails.Familiarity with Veeva CRM and Salesforce.Configure and manage content components, shared resources, and document relationships.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure proper deployment in production environments.Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and user experience within Veeva CRM.Quality, Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all deliverables follow pharmaceutical compliance, regulatory, and MLR requirements.Validate content using Veeva preview and testing tools across devices and browsers.Maintain proper documentation, version control, and audit trail of deployed materials.Support audits and compliance reviews as required.Collaboration & Project DeliveryWork closely with Brand/Marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into functional assets.Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and medical reviewers during content development.Provide effort estimates and support project planning with PM teams.Communicate technical constraints and provide implementation recommendations.Profile (Qualifications)4-7 years of experience, managing a team of Veeva Developers.Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Promo Mats, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.Proven experience in developing Veeva CLM presentations, Approved Email and Fragments and lifecycle management within Veeva.Familiarity with Veeva CRM and Salesforce.Experience with responsive email design and cross-browser compatibility.Skilled in the Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects for minor artwork amends.Bachelor's degree in design, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.Pharma or healthcare industry experience an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Experience with project management systems such as Jira.Detail-oriented, well-organized, capable of thriving in deadline-driven environments with strong attention to detail.Good oral and written communication skills; collaborative approach.Business-level written and verbal English required.BenefitsTelecommuting options available for this position.EQUAL OPPORTUNITYIndegene is proud to be an Equal Employment Employer and is committed to the culture of Inclusion and Diversity.We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, colour, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical ability, or any other characteristics.All employment decisions, from hiring to separation, will be based on business requirements, candidate's merit and qualification.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristics.#J-*****-Ljbffr
