More in details, UST is a multinational company based in North America, certified as a Top Employer and Great Place to Work company with over ****** employees all over the world and presence in more than 35 countries.We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.We are looking for an experienced Genesys Cloud Software Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain solutions within our cloud contact center platform.100% Remote.Develop and maintain customer experience flows in Genesys Cloud Architect.Build and support integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs, Data Actions, and event-based services.Implement routing logic, automation, and configurations for voice and digital channels.Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and IT teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability.Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities following development best practices.Support continuous improvement of the contact center platform and related processes.3-7+ years in contact-center/telephony development or systems engineering~ At least 2 years working specifically with Genesys Cloud or equivalent CCaaS.~ Experience with Servicenow, Jira and Confluence~ English B1/B2Genesys Cloud certifications (e.g., Genesys Cloud Certified Professional / Architect).Cloud provider experience (AWS, Azure or GCP) and networking (VPC, subnets, NAT, security groups).Exposure to CRM systems (MS Dynamics).Genesys Cloud or cloud provider certifications (AWS).Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth2 and JWT.Numerous benefits (Health Care Plan, teleworking compensation, Life and Accident Insurances).`Retribución Flexible ´ Program: (Meals, Kinder Garden, Transport, online English lessons, Health Care Plan...)Free access to several training platformsReal Work Life Balance measures (flexibility, WFH or remote work policy, compacted hours during summertime...)

Requirements

3-7+ years in contact-center/telephony development or systems engineering ~ At least 2 years working specifically with Genesys Cloud or equivalent CCaaS. ~ Experience with Servicenow, Jira and Confluence ~ English B1/B2 Genesys Cloud certifications (e.g., Genesys Cloud Certified Professional / Architect).
