UST España & Latam is seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Software Engineer to design and maintain solutions within our cloud contact center platform. The role offers 100% remote work with occasional attendance in our Madrid offices. Responsibilities include developing customer experience flows and managing integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs.The ideal candidate has 3-7 years in contact-center development, at least 2 years in Genesys Cloud, and experience with tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
