We are leaders in digital technology services and provide large-scale technology solutions to big companies.What we look for?We are looking for a strategic and technically driven strong Solution Architect to lead the architecture and technical evolution of key capabilities within our SaaS Assisted Channels platform.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the technical architecture and evolution of platform capabilities within the Foundations tower.Design and evolve scalable architectures for Omnichannel servicing platforms, Customer Interaction Management, Data and analytics capabilities, Event-driven integrations, Customer View and servicing platforms, Realtime and historical processing.Define and enforce technical standards, integration patterns, security frameworks, architecture governance principles, scalability and resiliency standards.Design architectures supporting multi-country deployments, SaaS multi-tenant environments and embedded platform capabilities.Supervise and support complex integrations between Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, data platforms, security platforms, customer interaction systems, internal and external enterprise applications.Collaborate with product managers and functional product owners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Participate actively in architecture reviews, technical governance, backlog prioritization, technical risk management, release planning and platform evolution strategy.Support engineering teams during implementation and technical decision-making processes.Maintain technical architecture documentation updated in Confluence and related repositories.Mandatory RequirementsProven experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or Technical Leadership roles related to data management and reporting.Strong experience designing scalable architectures for SaaS platforms and enterprise systems.Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, API-based integrations, event-driven architectures, omnichannel platforms, data and analytics ecosystems.Strong knowledge of SaaS multi-tenant architectures, security and identity management, RBAC and authentication models.Experience working with cloud platforms and integration ecosystems.Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering organizations.Ability to drive technical alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.English proficiency.Technologies ExpectedAWS, Azure, cloud-native architecturesGenesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365REST APIs, event-driven architectures, Kafka, event busData Lake, data platforms, realtime processing, historical analyticsOAuth2, RBAC, identity access management, security governanceJira, ConfluenceWhat can we offer?23 days of annual leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days.Numerous benefits (Health Care Plan, Internet Connectivity, Life and Accident Insurances).Retribución Adaptable program: meals, kindergarten, transport, online English lessons, Health Care Plan.Free access to several training platforms.Professional stability and career plans.UST also compensates referrals from which you could benefit when you refer professionals.The option to pick between 12 or 14 payments along the year.Real work-life balance measures (flexibility, WFH or remote work policy, compacted hours during summertime).UST Club Platform discounts and gym access discounts.If you would like to know more, do not hesitate to apply and we'll get in touch to fill you in details.
