- Designing customized integrations within modern DevOps toolchains such as GitHub, GitLab and related systems as e.g. ServiceNow.
- Helping customers modernise their SDLC through automation, AI-assisted workflows, and platform engineering best practices
- Supporting customers in adopting modern ways of working across Agile, Service Management and DevOps
- Building advanced automations and customisations using tools such as Forge, Groovy, Python, or JavaScript
- Collaborating with cross-functional Eficode teams across Cloud, AI, DevOps, and Managed Services
- Sharing knowledge internally and mentoring junior consultants within the Eficode community
Requirements
- Previous experience working in consulting, solution architecture, technical advisory, or customer-facing technical roles
- Experience working with cloud technologies, enterprise environments, or digital transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated experience with Atlassian Cloud administration, migrations, and integrations within modern DevOps ecosystems
- A solid understanding of software development practices, CI/CD, DevOps, and platform engineering principles, with experience using at least one scripting language or automation platform
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A proactive, consultative, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI-assisted software development and intelligent automation
Nice-to-have's
It would be an added bonus if you have:
- Atlassian certifications (ACP)
- Experience with GitHub, GitLab, Azure or AWS
- Experience with AI-assisted development tooling or intelligent automation workflows
- Knowledge of ITSM frameworks, Agile at scale, or DevOps transformation
- Experience working in consultancy environments
About you

- Interested in continuous learning and personal development
