What will you be doing? The IT Integrator coordinates and facilitates the execution of complex, bank-wide IT change initiatives that impact multiple departments, systems, and value chains. The objective is to ensure alignment, quality, and progress, manage dependencies, and achieve sustainable implementation of changes. Key responsibilities
- Translating strategic initiatives into concrete, actionable change assignments
- Coordinating multidisciplinary IT transformation initiatives and monitoring dependencies, risks, and progress
- Ensuring quality by collaborating with experts, DevOps Managers, and enabling teams
- Facilitating collaboration and alignment between business, IT, and architecture
- Reporting on progress, risks, and results to Portfolio Management and the Executive Committee (ExCo)
- Promoting continuous improvement within the agile IT organization Portfolio Management & IT Integration focuses on the integrated steering of the IT portfolio and the secure and reliable integration of systems and processes. The department works end-to-end on optimizing value streams-from prioritization and architecture to implementation and operations-with a focus on performance, security, and continuous improvement. Your workplace The IT Integrator is part of the Portfolio Management & IT Integration team, which supports BNG in accelerating and simplifying execution. You report to the Manager Portfolio Management & IT Integration and are part of the Portfolio Management & IT Integration department. The department consists of three roles with approximately 6 employees, including an IT Integrator, a Portfolio Management Officer, and Engineering & Performance Leads. You mainly collaborate with IT Managers, the Platforms & End User Automation chain, and Portfolio Management. What we ask of you
Requirements
- You have a higher professional/university (HBO/WO) level of working and thinking, with a completed degree such as Technical Informatics or Computer Science
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of and experience with DevOps, Scrum, and Project Management
- In-depth knowledge of IT, data, digitalization, and process management, enabling you to collaborate effectively in a digitally and process-oriented organization where customers increasingly do business digitally with BNG
- Basic knowledge of how a bank operates, enabling you to understand processes, products, and regulations within a financial institution, so that you can contribute effectively in an environment where social responsibility and financial services come together
