Within this dynamic and technologically advanced environment, the company is seeking to incorporate a Helpdesk Specialist who will play a key role in providing technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency. About the role
As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality remote technical and software support to customers using colour mixing machines and related digital systems.
You will act as a technical point of contact, troubleshooting issues, supporting field technicians, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of systems and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, technology, and customer interaction in a technical environment., * Provide remote technical and software support to customers via phone and digital tools.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to colour mixing machines and associated software.
- Test software updates and maintain technical databases.
- Support and train service technicians and sales teams on technical matters.
- Analyse recurring issues and propose improvements to systems and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- MBO/HBO level education in mechatronics, electronics, IT, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical helpdesk, service desk, or similar support role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware and software systems.
- Knowledge of networks, databases, and preferably SAP.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
- A customer-focused mindset with a structured way of working.
