Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Infrastructure team across BAU support and project deliveryOwn escalations, major incidents, and root cause analysis (RCA)Manage and maintain core infrastructure (servers, storage, network) in line with ITIL practices Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Cyber, Applications) to manage workloads and priorities Support the design and delivery of infrastructure changes and improvementsEnsure infrastructure availability, performance, and resilience across the organisationManage third-party vendors and service providers Maintain documentation, processes, and service standardsEnsure incidents are resolved within SLA and investigate breachesDeputise for the Infrastructure Manager when required
Requirements
Key Skills & ExperienceProven experience leading infrastructure or technical support teamsStrong knowledge of:Azure, VMware, and VDI (AVD, Citrix) Networking (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN)Microsoft 365, Exchange, and IntuneServer environments (Windows Server, Linux)Experience working in a multi-site environment (retail or distributed business advantageous) Strong incident management and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilityAbility to balance BAU operations with project delivery Leadership & BehavioursStrong team leadership with a proactive, "can-do" attitude Ability to prioritise workloads and drive team performance Collaborative approach across IT and wider business teamsComfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments Why Apply?Opportunity to lead infrastructure across a complex, multi-site estateHigh-impact role with visibility across the organisationFlexible hybrid working modelStrong potential for contract extension
