Requirements
- Strong commercial software engineering experience in Go, Python, Typescript, or Node
- Solid relational database exposure, specifically MySQL and Postgres
- Well-rounded skill set in streaming systems such as Kafka and Kinesis
- Strong AWS deployment experience
- Understanding of column-oriented databases like BigQuery and ClickHouse
- Product-focused, business-first approach to engineering
- Experience working in a fast-paced, product-led environment
- Experience operating data systems at scale
- Experience in a FinTech or regulated industry is a plus
- Cloud native architecture exposure, preferably with AWS
- Solid pipeline automation skills (CI/CD)
