Job description
- Provide 2nd line support across hardware, software, and networking issues
- Manage support tickets from diagnosis through to resolution
- Guide users through technical solutions
- Work within agreed service level agreements
- Assist with hardware and software installations
- Deliver one-to-one user support or training where required

- VMware, We are a growing technical team supporting a key client site in Milton Ernest, Bedford. This is a fully onsite role, dedicated to a single customer, where you will provide hands-on technical support across hardware, software, and networking environments. The salary for this full-time onsite position is between £30,000 and £36,000 per annum.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a 2nd line support role
- Comfortable working directly with end users in a customer-facing environment
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Exchange, and Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting PCs, servers, and mobile devices
- Full driving licence required, as occasional travel between sites may be necessary
