Job description

  • Provide 2nd line support across hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Manage support tickets from diagnosis through to resolution
  • Guide users through technical solutions
  • Work within agreed service level agreements
  • Assist with hardware and software installations
  • Deliver one-to-one user support or training where required

  • VMware, We are a growing technical team supporting a key client site in Milton Ernest, Bedford. This is a fully onsite role, dedicated to a single customer, where you will provide hands-on technical support across hardware, software, and networking environments. The salary for this full-time onsite position is between £30,000 and £36,000 per annum.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a 2nd line support role
  • Comfortable working directly with end users in a customer-facing environment
  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Exchange, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience supporting PCs, servers, and mobile devices
  • Full driving licence required, as occasional travel between sites may be necessary
