Job description
- Lead troubleshooting across Windows Server environments
- Act as our senior escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
- Support projects involving virtualisation and hyper-converged infrastructure
- Contribute to the move from VMware towards Azure Local
- Work across server, storage, file, email, and collaboration technologies
- Help define technical priorities, improvements, and roadmap activity
- Mentor other IT Administrators within our team
- Support security, resilience, capacity, and regulatory requirements
- Research new technologies and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions

Requirements
- Strong Windows Server experience
- Excellent troubleshooting ability
- Confidence investigating issues using tools such as event logs
- Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, replication, certificates, and wider infrastructure dependencies
- Experience with any of the following is useful: VMware, Hyper-V or Azure Local, Citrix, SCCM / MECM, Exchange, Thycotic, Zabbix or other enterprise monitoring tools, Agile working environments
- Ability to travel within Europe without restriction when required
