Job description
- Develop our in-house software, Evolve, hosted in a cloud environment
- Build new products and features end to end using C#, .NET, Angular, Entity Frameworks, and Azure DevOps
- Work closely with our internal development team and our partner organisations development team
- Improve the efficiency and capabilities of our business through software development
- Build strong working relationships with third-party suppliers and partners
- Work across web, mobile apps, API, backend, and database technologies hosted in Azure
- Remove delivery impediments by aligning with the Product Owner and following our policies and guidelines
- Live our Agile values, principles, and approaches and act as a role model
- Provide technical guidance on Evolves design and help ensure the systems UI/UX meets requirements
- Seek exposure to insurers and other industries and attend key industry events and forums

Requirements
- Proven experience developing software in a Microsoft stack environment
- Strong skills in C#, .NET, Angular, Entity Frameworks, and Azure DevOps
- Experience working in Agile environments and applying Agile values, principles, and approaches
- Ability to work across web, mobile apps, APIs, backend systems, and databases hosted in Azure
- Strong collaboration skills for working with internal teams and third-party partners
- Ability to provide technical guidance on system design and UI/UX considerations
- Experience removing delivery impediments and aligning with Product Owners
- Willingness to learn from insurers and other industries and attend relevant industry events and forums
