Ruby on Rails Backend Engineer

• Lead the evolution of core Ruby on Rails operational platforms
• Optimise PostgreSQL performance and Sidekiq background job efficiency
• Manage secure third-party integrations and design RESTful APIs
• Partner with Platform teams to ensure AWS and CI/CD reliability
• Stabilise third-party integrations and improve background job efficiency
• Utilize architectural documentation like C4 models for long-term scalability
