Job description

  • We are the first point of contact for customer issues.
  • We provide technical support across desktop, server, networking, virtualisation, cloud, and security environments.
  • We take ownership of tickets from start to finish.
  • We work to SLAs and ensure accurate documentation.
  • We liaise with third parties where required.

Requirements

  • We have at least 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or service desk environment.
  • We have strong technical support skills across Windows desktop, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365.
  • We have experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Azure.
  • We have knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, WAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • We are familiar with monitoring tools such as PRTG, Auvik, or similar platforms.
  • We are customer-focused with strong communication and documentation skills.
  • We can manage multiple priorities while meeting SLAs.
