Job description
- We are the first point of contact for customer issues.
- We provide technical support across desktop, server, networking, virtualisation, cloud, and security environments.
- We take ownership of tickets from start to finish.
- We work to SLAs and ensure accurate documentation.
- We liaise with third parties where required.
- We deliver a high-quality, customer-focused support experience.

Requirements
- We have at least 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or service desk environment.
- We have strong technical support skills across Windows desktop, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365.
- We have experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Azure.
- We have knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, WAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- We are familiar with monitoring tools such as PRTG, Auvik, or similar platforms.
- We are customer-focused with strong communication and documentation skills.
- We can manage multiple priorities while meeting SLAs.
