Senior Cyber Engineer

• We design, implement, and improve security monitoring and detection capabilities across secure client environments

We are a growing cyber security team offering a hybrid working arrangement with three days on site in Hemel Hempstead. This is a hands-on role where we work across secure client environments and collaborate with clients, Security Architects, and SOC teams. We offer the opportunity to shape security outcomes through practical engineering, meaningful client engagement, and involvement in challenging security monitoring and detection work.

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Engineer with strong SIEM skills, ideally with Microsoft Sentinel and/or Splunk
• We need experience in security engineering within complex environments
• We require experience in security monitoring, detection, and incident response
• We value client-facing delivery experience and strong stakeholder management skills
• We are looking for someone with experience leading projects or mentoring junior team members
• We need experience working in cloud and hybrid environments
