IT Application Support Analyst

• We provide day-to-day administration and support for core ERP, CRM, and reporting systems.
• We respond promptly to incidents and monitor system performance.
• We liaise with external suppliers to coordinate, test, document, and support scheduled releases, updates, patches, and deployments.
• We work with internal teams across Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Finance to gather requirements for enhancements.
• We support user acceptance testing and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• We maintain comprehensive system documentation and update user guides.
• We ensure strict data consistency across all supported platforms.

• We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with strong business systems and technology interest.
• You have exceptional communication and organisational skills.

• You hold a full UK driving licence to support occasional travel.
• Previous experience in application support or the wholesale sector is desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms such as NetSuite, Sage, or Phocas is desirable.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is desirable.
• Basic SQL queries, PowerShell, Linux, or ITIL/project methodology knowledge is desirable.

This is an office-based role with occasional travel as needed.
