Job description

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator for a contract role supporting the ongoing maintenance and user support of a Salesforce-based platform. This is a good opportunity for someone with early-career Salesforce administration experience who is looking to build hands-on skills in configuration, workflows, reporting, and system support., * Support day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user updates, data maintenance, basic configuration, and platform support

  • Assist with system enhancements, workflow updates, reports, dashboards, and process improvements
  • Partner with internal teams to gather information, document needs, and help translate business requests into system updates
  • Help maintain data accuracy, user adoption, and overall platform usability
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and rollout of new or updated Salesforce features
  • Create and update documentation, training materials, and process notes as needed
  • Communicate clearly with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders

Requirements

This role is designed for someone with 1 to 3 years of Salesforce administrative experience. It is not intended for a senior Salesforce analyst, architect, or developer., * 1 to 3 years of Salesforce administrative experience

  • Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration, user support, reporting, dashboards, workflows, or related administrative functions
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present information clearly to different audiences
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in retail operations, loss prevention, or a similar business support environment is a plus
