IT Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Analyst (Buyer) to join our dynamic supply chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials and services essential to our operations. Your expertise will ensure optimal procurement processes, cost efficiency, and seamless supply chain management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of procurement systems and a proactive approach to supplier negotiations, inventory control, and contract management. • Bachelor's degree in business or related supply chain management discipline required.
• 5+ years' experience in contract development, sourcing, negotiations, data analytics and contract management required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Must be able to demonstrate leadership experience/skills.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with different groups/individuals and management levels in a professional manner.
• Seeking a strong buyer to support expanding department needs.
• Handle asset management, SaaS procurement, and SLA/contract term negotiations.
• Experience with Ariba (preferred) or Coupa.

Experience:

• IT procurement: 5 years (Required)
• Contract negotiation: 4 years (Required)
