Your Primary Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the product backlog, translating product direction into clear user stories, workflows, business rules, data requirements, and acceptance criteria based on real-world scenarios.
- Guide the team in decomposing requirements into deliverable increments, maintaining just-enough documentation and a running functional specification for final deliverables.
- Review enhancement requests, defects, and production feedback to determine appropriate solutions while considering downstream impacts on existing features, data flows, and user experience.
- Analyze regulatory, client, and business requirements, and lead walkthroughs, demos, and functionality feedback sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the design, prototyping, and delivery of strategic AI and analytics use cases, ensuring they are practical, scalable, and aligned to business outcomes.
- Develop a strong understanding of confirmations and transaction reporting datasets, including the underlying insights, data structures, workflows, and business logic.
- Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Finance to support operational readiness, align risk and control considerations, and escalate appropriately.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product ownership, business analysis, product delivery, data delivery, or solution delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Financial Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative / technical discipline
Talents Needed for Success:
- Strong execution mindset; able to turn product direction into deliverable outcomes
- Prior experience in financial services, RegTech, regulatory reporting, transaction reporting, or post-trade technology
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery practices, including Scrum, Kanban, or scaled Agile delivery
- Hands-on experience with JIRA or equivalent backlog / delivery management tooling
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts
- Experience with data modelling or data-driven product delivery
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
- Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex, AI-enabled analytics, or comparable analytics tooling
