We're operating with a suite of legacy tools that got us to where we are today; as we transition, we'll need to up-level our infrastructure. This TPM will facilitate global engineering vehicle allocation, tracking, use, and logistics across development & validation teams, balancing cost efficiency and coverage against tight, competing schedules. In this role, you'll own day-to-day fleet management, work on confidential programs, and drive the entire prototype lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have the determination & grit to succeed in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic development space - the more technical you are, the more runway you'll have to become a true product owner. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement fleet testing & validation improvements for faster engineering design cycle iterations
- Support software release coordination
- Facilitate engineering vehicle allocation, tracking, use and logistics across all engineering teams worldwide
- Define test metrics and track progress towards those metrics
- Coordinate with vehicle programs teams to define build plan allocation for upcoming programs and platforms
- Partner with various business stakeholders on fleet needs and support quarterly global engineering fleet audits
Requirements
- Experience operating in a fast-paced R&D or engineering environment with responsibility of implementing efficient changes & streamlining processes across multiple teams
- Basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals in mechanical, electrical or software engineering
- Basic understanding of product development lifecycles
- Experience with Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, and AI tools
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- EV, electronics, or automotive experience is a plus

Expected Compensation $112,000 - $253,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
