Job description

Provide 24x7 support for client and user-facing products and services with a strong focus on data quality, system reliability, and seamless integrations. Responsible for mapping and transforming legal practice data to enable downstream processes and analytics.

Design and build custom data integrations using Intapp Integrate (Integration Builder), leveraging Intapp APIs, data models, and workflow tools. Demonstrate expertise integrating with mission-critical enterprise systems such as Active Directory/Azure AD, HRIS platforms, DMS, CRM, Finance/ERP, matter management, billing/time systems, and data warehouses.

Develop and execute SQL queries for data extraction, reconciliation, quality checks, troubleshooting, auditing, and performance validation, with strong competency in joining complex datasets and supporting integration logic through SQL.

Support automation and custom connector development through scripting-preferably using PowerShell, Python, or C#-to enable pre- and post-processing operations and streamline data workflows.

Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, including configuration, reporting, and system optimization.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, system objectives, and detailed requirements.

Develop, analyze, prioritize, and document requirement specifications, data mappings, diagrams, and process flows.

Translate complex technical specifications into clear, easy-to-understand non-technical requirements.

Manage system setup, configuration, and environment preparation.

Define and coordinate testing activities, including test planning, test case development, and quality assurance oversight.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, workflows, and procedures.

Implement maintenance routines, monitor system performance, collect operational metrics, and resolve reported issues.

Design, implement, and upgrade information systems to meet evolving business and user needs.

Perform performance tuning and optimization of integration systems.

Install, upgrade, and administer integration platforms and related components.

Diagnose and troubleshoot integration and system-related errors.

Build and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards.

Automate recurring tasks to improve operational efficiency.

Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and standards for system management and governance.

Create and maintain backup and recovery strategies aligned with industry best practices.

Monitor and optimize integration system performance, providing recommendations to enhance scalability and efficiency.

Ensure system security, integrity, and availability, including planning and executing disaster recovery measures.
