Job description
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Analyst to own end to end delivery of critical platform capabilities across the Connected ecosystem. The Salesforce Technical Analyst drives execution from requirements through release, partners closely with Product Managers and business leaders, owns Release on Demand (ROD), and uses data and metrics to ensure products deliver real business value. What You Bring, This role is accountable for ensuring products are not just defined but delivered, released, and successful in production. You will play a critical role in driving execution discipline, delivery transparency, and measurable outcomes across high impact initiatives.
Requirements
*7+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, or Technical Product Ownership *Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments *Proven ability to run execution and delivery without direct people management *Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and data flows (Salesforce or CRM experience preferred) *Experience owning or supporting production releases and release readiness *Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, including metrics driven decision making
