Job description

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant to lead and deliver innovative digital initiatives across Supply Chain and Logistics.

In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving projects that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enable data-driven decision-making.

This position combines elements of project management, business process improvement, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies (including AI). The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing stakeholders and rolling up their sleeves to support technical solution development when needed., * Lead a portfolio of digital transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Logistics, Material Planning, Packaging, Transportation, and Operations

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize process improvement opportunities based on business impact and technical feasibility
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and user adoption
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional business stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal teams and offshore development resources
  • Design and implement solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Python, AI tools, and Microsoft technologies
  • Manage product backlogs, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
  • Maintain and enhance existing dashboards, automations, AI solutions, and reporting tools
  • Conduct user trainings, workshops, and enablement sessions
  • Drive technology adoption and continuous improvement initiative

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Manufacturing operations
  • Experience in areas such as Material Planning, Logistics & Transportation, Inventory Management, and Packaging processes
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects in technology or business transformation
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience working with distributed and offshore teams
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Power BI (data modeling, ETL, dashboard development)
  • Power Automate workflow design and support
  • Python scripting and process automation
  • Experience within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Exposure to AI tools, Copilot Studio, and AI agents
  • Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and system integrations
  • Understanding of RPA concepts and automation opportunities
