Job description
As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate on the Digital Analytics team, you will support a broad portfolio of digital products by translating customer and product data into recommendations that improve the customer experience and drive long-term, profitable relationships. You will own key components of the analytics book of work supporting Chase's cross-channel, cross-line of business evolution toward a hyper-personalized, data-driven, customer-centric model.
You will apply deep expertise in digital data to help define and operationalize OKRs, design and measure A/B tests, scope strategic analytical questions, and build analytical plans that generate clear, decision-ready insights for Chase's ~75 million digital customers. Success in this role requires strong storytelling and stakeholder management-partnering closely with Digital Product, Technology, Design, Strategy, and adjacent teams-to deliver actionable analysis with clarity, rigor, and influence. The ideal candidate is self-directed, independently drives workstreams end-to-end, and is motivated to build and scale analytics capabilities that move the business forward., * Data storytelling: Analyze and visualize digital customer behavior to produce clear narratives, insights, and recommendations that drive action.
- OKR development & performance measurement: Support the creation, iteration, reporting, and causal analysis of OKRs; monitor performance and surface drivers of results.
- Experimentation & decision support: Enable data-informed decision-making by identifying test opportunities, partnering on experiment design, and delivering readouts that are statistically sound and easily understood by stakeholders.
- Opportunity identification: Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover opportunities to improve Digital CSAT, engagement, and deepening; quantify impact and prioritize opportunities with partners.
- Consultation & enablement: Serve as a trusted analytics partner and subject matter resource on digital data, measurement approaches, and best practices across the broader Data & Analytics organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience analyzing customer experiences and/or digital product usage.
- Demonstrated track record of solving ambiguous problems with data and building/expanding analytics capabilities.
- Strong ability to translate quantitative findings into concise, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing stakeholders across levels and functions.
- Proficiency querying large data platforms using SQL and/or SAS.
- Experience with digital analytics measurement and interpretation.
- Bachelor's degree required (preferred: data science, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, engineering, or related field)., * Hands-on experience with generative AI solutions (e.g., LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic AI frameworks).
- Experience with tools such as Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.
- Experience in Big Data environments (e.g., Snowflake, AWS).
- Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests.
