Job description

Our client is seeking a CRM Project Manager to support the execution of global retention marketing initiatives across email, SMS, and push notification channels. This role will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, creative partners, developers, and external agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and with a high level of quality.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced managing cross-functional digital marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.

This person will play a critical role in coordinating campaign execution, managing timelines, overseeing production workflows, and driving operational efficiencies across retention marketing programs., * Serve as the primary point of contact between the Global Retention team and internal cross-functional partners, external agencies, and development teams.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, schedules, and documentation for CRM and retention marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks or roadblocks, and drive solutions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate and oversee email campaign production with external development partners, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Manage QA processes for email, SMS, and push notification campaigns in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Build and route initial drafts of SMS and push notification campaigns through review and approval processes.
  • Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment on project priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency across retention marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing project management, CRM project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of retention marketing channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Figma.
  • Experience working within CRM and marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Attentive, and OneSignal.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex marketing initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
