We're seeking a talented Data Scientist to join a dynamic and growing data analytics team within a market-leading organization. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge techniques in machine learning, data wrangling, and visualization to solve real-world challenges across Sales, Operations, and Marketing. Collaborate with our talented team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to develop scalable models, drive strategic decisions, and make a tangible difference in our organization's success., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and relevant data science libraries/packages
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools and methodologies
- Adept at working with large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with resilience and collaboration
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with dispatch optimization
- Prior experience working within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment
- Expertise applying machine learning, experimentation, and causal inference techniques to business problems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field
- More than 2 years of relevant industry experience in data science, especially within consumer-focused sectors

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams

Benefits & conditions
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $66-73/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
