Sentinel is looking for a driven, high-performing IT Sales Executive who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and growing accounts in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. This is an opportunity to step into a role with uncapped earning potential, backed by a strong technical and operational support team that enables you to focus on what you do best: selling and closing., * 2+ years of experience in technology sales (IT infrastructure, services, or solutions preferred)

  • Proven success in a hunter-style sales role with a track record of closing business
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate business needs into solutions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and self-driven with a "can-win" mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel locally to client sites
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

  • Autonomy to build and grow your book of business while being supported by a collaborative team, * Drive net-new business development while expanding and nurturing existing client relationships
  • Sell IT infrastructure, solutions, and managed services through a consultative, value-driven approach
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline development to closing deals
  • Partner with technical experts to design and deliver customized solutions for clients
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers, $70,000-$200,000 (Base plus commission)
