Job description
Whitehall Resources require an IT Network Engineer to work with a key client on a 24-month contract.
*This role will require on site work in Brussels 3 days per week.
*Candidates must have full professional proficiency in English, French and Dutch.
IT Network Engineer
The IT Network Engineer contributes to the implementation of network segregation and to maintaining the LAN infrastructure up to date.
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for:

Maintenance and updates of the Extreme Networks fleet

Monitoring of security tickets (CVE) related to the LAN (Switch, Wifi, NAC, etc…

Second line user support
-
Programming Extreme Switches
-
DRP project monitoring: design and implementation of Extreme hardware

Physical maintenance of the data center (racks)

Monitoring (Solarwinds) : configuration, testing, implementation, alaming &dashboard

Config Nozomi tool for OT, Assainissement (mirro ports Extreme)

XIQ tool
-
OT network resilience
-
Lynx8 Project: Finetune implementation completed

Documentation of new requests, existing requests, and changes

Throughout your assignment, you will comply with GDPR, ISO27001 and NIS2 regulations.
