AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer - Voice & Conversational AI, you will join a team of AI Engineers and Data Scientists developing a customer-facing Voice Bot powered by cutting-edge speech and AI technologies.

You will design, develop, and deploy real-time voice solutions combining Speech-to-Text, Large Language Models, and Text-to-Speech technologies while ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement real-time voice pipelines (VAD, STT, LLM orchestration, TTS)
• Optimize conversational experiences through turn-taking, barge-in, and latency management
• Integrate open-source speech models and vendor APIs
• Build and maintain production-ready ML pipelines
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and IT teams to deploy and monitor AI services
• Contribute to CI/CD, testing, containerization, and MLOps best practices
• Ensure performance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions

• Minimum 4 years of experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience delivering Voice AI or Speech AI solutions in production
• Strong Python skills and experience with Go, Rust, or C++
• Experience with Whisper, NeMo, wav2vec2, or similar speech technologies
• Knowledge of Docker, GitLab CI/CD, PostgreSQL, and MLOps practices
• Experience in Agile environments

Nice to Have

• Speaker diarization and echo cancellation
• Banking, Insurance, or Healthcare experience
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud environments

Languages

• English: Mandatory
