Job description

  • Act as the main IT contact for employees, providing day-to-day support for workplace technology including laptops, mobile devices, and meeting room equipment.
  • Deliver a combination of practical technical assistance and user-focused support, including face-to-face troubleshooting when required.
  • Work within a modern digital workplace environment using tools such as Microsoft 365, VoIP platforms, and related technologies while continuously expanding technical capabilities.
  • Help maintain stable and efficient IT services by managing incidents and service requests effectively, ensuring timely prioritization and resolution.
  • Support knowledge sharing initiatives by maintaining clear documentation and contributing to internal knowledge resources.
  • Collaborate with internal IT functions and external service providers to gain broader operational exposure and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Encourage user adoption and understanding of IT solutions through guidance, informal coaching, and a supportive communication style.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, introduce automation where practical, and enhance the overall employee experience.

Requirements

  • eBachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • .Around 3-4 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or End-User Support environments
  • .Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365 administration (including areas such as shared mailboxes)
  • .Familiarity with mobile device support across iOS and Android platforms
  • .Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, ITIL practices, and Exchange Online is advantageous. Experience with VoIP systems and meeting room technologies would be considered an added benefit
  • .Strong communication skills in Dutch, with working proficiency in French and English preferred
  • .Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive user experience
  • .Confident interacting directly with end users and capable of explaining technical concepts in accessible language
  • .Curious, adaptable, and interested in developing a broader understanding of IT service operations
  • .Collaborative team member who values a supportive and people-oriented work environmentf
