Trina Tracker, a global leader in tracker solutions and a business unit of Trina Solar, is building a multicultural team across 40+ countries, focusing on innovative, cost-effective solar energy solutions.Global Technical Support Technician - Spain (Viana, Navarra)As Trina Solar Tracker expands its capacity and technology, we look for professionals who are hard-working and passionate about solar energy.This role supports engineering, sales, and digitalization efforts across the organization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop software, tools, and improved calculation procedures to increase engineering efficiency.Monitor and implement advanced technology solutions (AI, automation) for process improvement.Support HQ digitalization initiatives.Provide technical support for after-sales, installation issues, and adaptation consulting.Collaborate with the technical team on customer approval processes.Analyze calculation methodologies for new products or developments.Review potential issues in new developments and conduct feasibility studies.Assess new technical documentation (e.g., wind tunnel, corrosion studies) for justification.Prepare, monitor, and manage cybersecurity procedures per European/international regulations; lead related certifications.Update product assembly manuals.Contribute to cost-reduction and competitiveness initiatives.Support sales and pre-sales in technical defense of offers.Align regional teams for shared information and decision-making.Assist in developing product management plans.Engage with external technical advisors and solution providers.Comply with environmental and cybersecurity standards.Adhere to prevention and energy use policies.Collaborate with QHSE manager on the company's management system (Quality, Environment, ORP, Energy).Inform management of quality, environment, prevention, and energy incidents.Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on quality and environment.Help disseminate company policy and objectives across organizational levels.QualificationsTraining in Civil or Industrial Engineering with a specialty in structural calculation.Minimum 2years experience in steel structure calculation.Proficiency in Excel and VBA.Advanced programming knowledge (C#, Python, JavaScript).Experience using Robot or SAP**** calculation software.Fluent in English.Preferred skillsExperience with .NET API (VB.NET/C#), AutoLisp, ObjectARX (C++).Knowledge of photovoltaic installations and topography.Foundation design experience.Location: Viana, Navarra, Spain.#J-*****-Ljbffr
