The team already has support coverage for day-to-day CRM administration and ticketing. Requirements
Experience owning or developing CRM platforms Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred Hands-on JavaScript coding skills Experience building automations, workflows and integrations Exposure to Power Platform, Power Automate or similar technologies Understanding of APIs and system-to-system integrations Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity Comfortable working directly with commercial stakeholders Nice To Have C# SQL Power Apps Dataverse HubSpot experience DealHub / CPQ exposure Revenue Operations or GTM Systems experience Experience supporting Sales, Marketing or Customer Success teams Why This Role?
