ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an Application Production Support to join a leading company in the banking sector.You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical banking systems.Main responsibilitiesProduction support for core banking applications and application maintenance (corrective and evolutive).Deployments and testing for new projects.Obsolescence management and patching activities.Handling user requests and internal client support.Supporting both On-Premises and third-party SaaS solutions.Answering product-related queries, including product usage and design, configuration, software updates, and third-party integrations.Managing tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA.Working under ITIL methodology and ensuring SLA compliance.Performance tuning and root cause analysis.Availability to go one day a week to the offices located in Madrid.Technical EnvironmentOperating Systems:Windows ServerLinuxDatabases:SQLOracleTools & Technologies:ServiceNowJiraDynaTracePowerShellAutosysCyberArkCitrixHVDCollaboration tools:TeamsOutlookWho are you?3-5 years of experience in Production/Application Support.Experience in banking or critical environments (highly valued).Solid knowledge of SQL / Oracle (basic-to-intermediate DBA level) and Windows & Linux Servers.ITIL framework: Experience working with SLAs.Good level of English.#J-*****-Ljbffr
