OverviewOmega CRM Consulting is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager will enable the HPS DU (Human Pharma Delivery Unit) Campaign Automation Services to efficiently and effectively build and automate campaign journeys with their expertise and management of technical aspects of the platforms.The primary platform will be Salesforce Marketing Cloud, but may also include other tools across your client's digital engagement environment, such as other Adobe Marketing Cloud software, CDP - customer data platforms, database management systems, and proprietary work-intake tools.The Platform Manager will also leverage and help maintain team-specific spaces within the Atlassian tool stack, including JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that campaign workflows and deliveries are built to serve the business needs and expectations as defined in the campaign briefings provided by the marketsEnsure high end-to-end and on-time quality of campaigns, including proper setup to enable measurement and QA of campaignsOwning and optimizing campaign processes, including platform automation and driving innovation ideas for efficiency and qualityTechnical spec input and user acceptance testing (UAT) of software enhancements within the marketing automation toolsetDebugging of workflow and delivery issues, plus reporting and tracking of platform issues and bugs with IT supportDocumentation of enhancements, templates, and technical processesDevelopment and testing of script enhancements (including JavaScript), schema extensions, web (API) calls, etc.Creation and maintenance of technical workflows, campaign workflow templates, landing pages (web applications), and HTML contentCollaborating with the Campaign Support ServicesCommunicating & close collaboration with Platform Management OmnichannelRequirements & Desired SkillsBachelor's Degree in technical studies or business administration with a strong tech backgroundExcellent campaign management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently and to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneouslyAt least 2-3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign experience, knowledge of CDP is a big plusTechnical marketing automation certification preferred (i.e., Architect or Developer is ideal for any enterprise marketing automation platform)Experience in translating business and technical requirements into software enhancementsKnowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and web (API) callsProficiency in Ampscript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Python is a plusStrong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); knowledge of CDP is a big plusExperience in a software house, consultancy, or project delivery environment preferredKnowledge of email and website design preferredExposure to Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket) is a plusPharma knowledge (including Veeva CRM) is a plusExperience in production support and troubleshooting preferredSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptableFluency in EnglishWhat we offerPermanent contractFlexible ScheduleTrainings & CertificationsHome OfficeVersátil retribution (public transport ticket, Ticket restaurant, etc)Health insuranceOMEGA in action.Our commitment to a better society is not just an intention.About usWe are a digital global company whose mission is to accelerate the business experience (BX) of its customers.In concrete terms, our 360 solutions allow business transformation and acceleration by means of technology and data applied to Customer Omnichannel Experiences in fields such as Customer Services, eCommerce, Analytics or Marketing.We target companies from different fields such as Retail, LifeandSciences, Manufacturing but also Education, NonProfit, NGO etc.We are one of the top 3 partners of Salesforce in Europe.Our team is composed of more than 570 people of 24 nationalities based in Spain and France, who have wide knowledge and experience that understands business processes and technology while enjoying what it does.Our success is built on the knowledge of our people.We are an innovation and Outstanding Knowledge award-winning Salesforce Consulting Partner.Our priority is the well-being of the team.We foster a collaborative culture, involved and supported by our company values: Talent, flexibility, commitment and innovation.TogetherWeGrow#J-*****-Ljbffr
Requirements
