Do you want to grow in a stimulating environment with business and technology challenges?Join our Data & Analytics team at AAG, composed of 15 experts in Europe (Data Analyst, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Data Product Owners, etc.), where we transform data into performance drivers for our business teams.Your ResponsibilitiesAs aData Analyst, you will support our business teams to leverage their data to design innovative, pragmatic & high-impact data products across multiple domains (Purchasing, Finance, Supply-Chain, HR, etc.):Identify, prioritize business needs and map data domainsDesign & develops data analytics solutions (data models, exploratory analysis)Ensure data quality, integrity and reliability through automated controls, with the help of our data governance expertsDeliver insights dynamically through data visualization tools (PowerBI) in a Cloud environment (Fabric)Work in agile with our IT & business teams through sprintsDrive user adoption through training, communication, and monitoring of BI access & usage metricsFunctional ScopeYou will work on retail-related topics such as:Purchasing: supplier performance, purchasing forecast, category management, rebates analysisSales: sell-through, margin analysis, price analysis, product / customer segmentationSupply Chain: inventory analysis, supplier & inbound performanceHR: workforce planning, cost control, multi-market HR harmonizationOur technology stackMethodologies: Agile, Design ThinkingCloud Platform: Microsoft FabricVisualization tools: PowerBIxbhjioe Data languages & tools: SQL, PythonProfileGraduate from an engineering school or university (Master's degree) with a specialization in Information Systems, Data, or Data ScienceProven experience as a Data Analyst (internship, apprenticeship, or full-time role) with at least one expertise in data processing and data visualization toolsCurious, methodical, with a solid technology mindset and an interest in exploratory data analysisEager to contribute to innovative projects, working in teams with rigor, responsiveness, and energyStrong team spirit, attention to detail, and interest in new technologiesMotivation to contribute to high-impact, business-driven projectsExperience working with large-scale reporting environmentsFluent in English
Requirements
Graduate from an engineering school or university (Master's degree) with a specialization in Information Systems, Data, or Data Science Proven experience as a Data Analyst (internship, apprenticeship, or full-time role) with at least one expertise in data processing and data visualization tools Curious, methodical, with a solid technology mindset and an interest in exploratory data analysis Eager to contribute to innovative projects, working in teams with rigor, responsiveness, and energy Strong team spirit, attention to detail, and interest in new technologies Motivation to contribute to high-impact, business-driven projects Experience working with large-scale reporting environments Fluent in English
