MARLEX, from direct selection, we are currently looking for a Remarketing Specialist for a multinational leader in the automotive sector. This is a strategic role within the used car operations area, responsible for managing end-to-end processes related to vehicle repair, refurbishment, and preparation for resale.This role plays a key part in optimizing operational processes, data analysis, and continuous improvement within an international and dynamic environment. Role purposeYou will be responsible for coordinating and managing key remarketing processes, acting as a liaison between regional and local teams to ensure efficient execution of refurbishment operations and excellence across the end-to-end workflow. Key responsibilitiesAct as a process and cooperation partner for regional functions, ensuring smooth and effective communication.Analyse benchmarking data and translate complex information into actionable recommendations.Define and implement local improvement measures.Coordinate complaint management processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Manage contract cancellation processes (transformation, conversion, and reverse transactions).Analyse the Repair & Refurbishment process using KPIs and define action plans for improvement.Ensure compliance with standard refurbishment business rules.Manage purchase, approval, pricing alignment and budget control within the refurbishment process. xohynlm Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end used car process.
