Job description
We're looking for someone who loves making operations run smooth.You'll own the day-to-day of our last-mile delivery network keeping it stable and robust.If you like seeing your work turn into real parcels delivered on time, this is for you.What you'll do · Keep the routing engine humming: postcode assignments, service level, coverage rules · Spot hub saturation before it becomes a problem · Support new hub and sub-hub launches from zero to live · Jump on incidents fast and fix them with the ops and tech teams · Own the data that keeps the network honest: service files, dashboards, service level tracking · Work side by side with hub managers, 3PL partners and cross-functional teamsWhat you bring · 3+ years in logistics, operations, supply chain or something close · Fluent in Excel and comfortable with large datasets · You spot patterns in numbers other people miss · You take ownership without being asked twice · Strong communication skills in English · Chinese / Spanish are a plus.Bonus points · Experience with routing systems like TMS.· SQL or Python · Familiarity with postal geography and last-mile economics · Previous exposure to high-volume e-commerceWhy you'll like it here · Real ownership from day one · A network that's being built, not just maintained · Fast decisions, small team, no corporate noise · Steep learning curve with direct operational impactJob Requirements (max 5, form-ready)1.
